For extra space, a second lounge is situated downstairs, along with the dining area and kitchen. The second living area leads onto the fully fenced section for summer stays, or stay cosy by the fire for winter stays.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs at this Golden Bay accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds. Downstairs, bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed.
When you feel like exploring Golden Bay you are close to Ligar Bay and Tata Beach. Summary: The location is perfect and the property was better than we expected from the photos - would definitely stay there again.

Summary: It was a comfortable stay and gave us more than enough space. The only thing I"d say appearance wise is it needs a lick of paint on the upstairs deck, this will improve the overall look of it.

Summary: Location excellent. Property good although a couple of things let it down: - the stove top and oven didn’t work properly. It needs replacing. Couldn’t use the oven at all. - the outdoor bbq is not practical to be used. Too old, rusty and unusable. It would be easy enough to put in another one and that would have made a huge difference to our stay. Bedrooms and living areas were excellent. Bathroom set up was average but good for a Bach.

Summary: Great fully fenced section, kids can ride bikes around the house, close to beach, next door to coffee, real fruit ice cream and massages and 2 mins from shop/pub, yet quiet. Win win win!!

Summary: Great spacious well maintained property with a lovely garden. Convenient location with beach, shop and several cafes/ restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to coming back here again sometime.
